Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel has 329 guest rooms and suites. The rooms are spacious and all have views of the long free form pool, lush swaying palms and tropical gardens. Well finished in natural marble and local fabrics, with a distinct Balinese aura, all rooms and suites are equipped with international 4 star hotel amenities, including satellite television, down feather bed duvets, electronic key card systems and a personal electronic in-room safe box.
All rooms can accommodate either 2 adults and Two children under the age of 12, using existing bedding, at no extra charge OR 3 adults, using existing bedding, at no extra charge. Extra charges will be applied only if breakfast or an extra bed is required. Executive Suites and Courtyard Suites however, are not able to accommodate an extra bed.

- All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card in order to make a booking
- Room sizes mentioned include the terrace and bathroom
- Extra rollaway beds are chargeable at US$20 net per night
- Extra rollaway beds are not available in the Executive and Courtyard Suites only.
- Check in time : 15.00, Check out time : 12 noon
- Any extension up to 18.00 will be subject to a surcharge of 50% on tariff rates. After 18.00 it will be at full rate. Group rates are available upon request

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Normal Season
All cancellations need to be informed to us in writing at least 3 days prior to date of arrival. For No Shows and late cancellations, a one night charge will be applied.
For Early departures (depart earlier than the original booked date of departure), a one night advance room charge will be imposed.
Peak Season (27th December till 4th January)
For cancellations done 30 days prior to arrival- no cancellation charges
For cancellations done 7-30 days prior to arrival- one night cancellation charge
For cancellations done0-7 days prior to arrival- full length of stay cancellation charges
For No Shows or early departures ( from the scheduled date of departure), total length of stay room charges will be applied
Family Plan
- No charge for two children under 12 years occupying the same room with parents, utilizing existing bed configuration.
- 50% discount on Food for children under 12 years old. For children under 6 years old no charge when dining with parents.
- Baby cot available on request at no charge.
- Baby sitting services available.
- Interconnecting Rooms available on request.
- Executive Suites and Courtyard suites are not able to accommodate an extra bed
