Taking 10 MEDALS in the culinary challenge - Sanur Village Festival
The 4th Sanur Village Festival took place for 5 days from 12 – 16 August 2009, on a brand new spacious location at Jalan Mertasari’s beach front. This year’s calendar focused on culture - arts, water based activities, culinary competitions and temptations, kites, cartoon exhibition and a wide range of sport activities including beach rugby. The culinary team of Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel & Suites actively took place in the culinary challenge, proudly taking home 10 medals competing with 29 hotels and international restaurants. Under the guidance of Chef Adi, the team participated with confidence and performed not only being winners but also had a great time during the competition itself. Facing the high standards and trends of the culinary world, Chef Adi believes in consistent training, confidence, and discipline.
