New Executive Chef at Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel & Suites

Sanur, Bali – Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel & Suites, a member of Indonesia’s Prime Plaza Hotels & Resorts, has appointed a new Executive Chef to lead and strengthen the Food and Beverage team, effective in September 2008.

Chef Adi has been appointed as the Executive Chef of Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel & Suite compromising 329 rooms and 84 apartments in Sanur, Bali, which is part of Prime Plaza Hotels & Resorts. Chef Adi will be in charge to oversee the 4 restaurants in both properties and also the room service production.

The first assignment in his career was 3 years with Bali Hilton International. During his employment their, he was awarded employee of the month. His passion creating delicious food did not stop there, moving forward he took the challenge to join Four Seasons Resort - Jimbaran, where again he was awarded as best employee of the month. Chef Adi, didn’t hold back and with his eagerness to always learn more and decided to join the Carnival Cruise – one of the largest cruise lines in West Caribbean. When he took the decision to be based again in his home island, brought him to work at Nikko Bali Resort and Spa, a 5 star diamond hotel in Nusa Dua where he was in charge of 6 outlets including room service. With total dedication and passion to be excellent and please all customers, Chef Adi was rewarded Manager of the year.

Besides his dedication and passion in food, Chef Adi is actively involved in the chefs association called IJUMPI and he also is the vice chairman of ICA-BALI. His passion creating food brought Chef Adi too many events including breaking the record of the longest sate by Nikko Bali Resort and Spa.

Joining Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel and Suites is a different challenge where Chef Adi is all triggered to improve all areas of Food and Beverage. With his motto that creating food is unlimited, Chef Adi promises to delivery a refreshing different touch in his food.
