Sanur - Bali / Ms. Windari Santi Dewi has been appointed as the new Public Relations and Guest Activity Manager of Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel & Suites Bali. Wiwien will be in charge of all related matters in handling the media and also to boost up the satisfactory level of customers through their guest activity program.
A graduate from Melbourne, Australia, Wiwien (as she is fondly known) has been in the hotel industry for more than 8 years where she started her carreer at Bali Inter.Continental Resort. Beginning her career as a guest relations officer made her enjoy her daily duty in pleasing and taking care of customers. She then ventured into sales and marketing and further developed her career at The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa as their Sales Manager. An offer to join the Pre-Opening team of Harris Resort Kuta as their Customer Care Manager was an experience that she took without any hesitation. Wiwien then took the challenge to be the Operations Manager where she took care of 2 properties that was managed by Aston International, Mutiara Bali Resort & Villas and also The Mutiara Jimbaran.
